I’m not sure about the brand, he said it is a “Peace Sport” scooter, its 150 cc 2008 with 15-20 miles on it. He has the title, is the only owner, has the handbook, he has replaced the battery on it, I think because of storage.
I weigh ~200lbs and am 6’3” this will be my first bike.
It holds 2.5 gal, gets ~80mpg and ~65mph with disk brakes f/b. it runs and seems to have no asthetic or other problems. He wants $900 for it including a double motorcycle trailer, so $800 for the bike.
I’m not sure if I should buy this bike or just go to the Scooter depot and buy something there.
Please tell me more about scooter depot, and if you think this is a reasonable buy!
thank you!

With that low of miles on it it's a good price.  New 900-1200$ If the scooter fits you and you like it. However, the description is a bit optomistic. You will in reality get to about 55 mph, and your gas will be closer to 65 + mpg. That is what a stock 150cc will do with 130 lb rider. The speedometers also tend to read with up to 10mph off, usually over Grin  Also, the 150cc is legaly a motorcycle anywhere, so you will need to get the motorcycle license, eventualy. I suggest you check out the DMV site for your state and look for a PDF of the "Motorcycle Manual" to learn your state laws covering mopeds, scooters 50cc, and motorcycles. This manual is all you need to study to get the temps. If you buy it do an oil change right away, if you can drain the old gas and put in high octane premium. If the battery was drained from storage the gas has gone bad too and can cause a mess to clean in the carborator.
