There are a few good service manual pdf. files here that cover the 50cc and 150cc 4 stroke scoots.

I was just checking my files to see if I had all of these downloaded, and discovered that several of my PDF files won't open, even a few newer files I recently downloaded. At the top it says"secured, not responding". The fresh downloads are fine, so just a heads up, doublecheck your backups of these files if you had them previously, and redownload if needed.

The Arrow manual is the one I printed for reference when working on the 150cc's. These manuals are a must if you are going to own a GY6.

LOL, yea, darn pc,s. I'll have to see if I can open in a different operating system, on one of the other pc's Grin I suspect a darn update somewhere, looks like I've been over protected from myself again. New downloads from that link open fine.
