Anybody have a clue on this bike, 07 NOS. Decent price. Since the rokita is a honda clone I guess they are the same. Thanks for any help.

What is the price?  As for info, I don't know that scoot, but like all chinese scooters, maintenance is critical to long life.

 It's got a water cooled single cylinder two valve engine. Water cooled = more stuff to go wrong. I rode one once. It was very big and rode really smooth but they are a big hassle to work on with all those body panels.
