2005 honda Elite CH80:

When I get up to speed (35mph) and press the rear brake lever, engaging the brake-light, the head light dim's. Also, when turning turn-signal on the lights dim up/down. Is this a faulty battery cell, or a Alternator? The contacts are clean. Roll Eyes
