I can't figure out what is Wrong with my engine, PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hi,

I have a Roketa MC 17-150. Its got a 150cc GY6 engine. I was riding last week and it started making a putt putt sound so then it stalled out and hasn't run right since. I took everything apart and discovered the muffler and exhaust pipes blew their welds. I replaced the exhaust and muffler, and spark plug. It is still putting. I can't figure out what it is and I am afaraid it has some permenent damage and I need to replace the cylinder, piston, or what ever else it may be. Where the pipe meets the engine there should be a 30 mm diameter round gasket in there. No gasket = loud noise = eventual engine damage. When installing the gasket, put a little RTV silicone sealer on one side of the gasket so it will stick to the engine and then install the pipe.
