I have a taotao 50cc scooter that I bought back in May and I have had to do alot of work on it already. I have adjusted the valves once, replaced carb, replaced vaccum lines, replaced fuel lines and fuel filter. Every morning when I go to start it, it will turn but not crank. I have to use my jump box to get it started and as soon as I hook up to jump box it starts immediatly. Please help..

Could be a weak battery if you let it sit for a long time without a charge. These batteries will go bad if neglected and no amount of charging will bring them back. Possible the starter is weak and the extra voltage from the jump is enough to get it to spin. Could also be the starter relay is going out. It's hard to say.
