I just bought a 2008  Velocity 150cc and when you sit on it and drive it, sounds like the springs/shocks are squeeking? can they be cleaned/oiled or need to be changed?

I just changed mine out. I put in an adjustable shock to compensate for a new exhaust, and the rear shock was squeeking. You can find a stock type for $20 or so, or an adjustable for $75 on up. What you look for is the same type of connectors as what you have, and measure from the center of the two bolt holes, eye to eye in mm. It was also not too difficult to change out, do this on the center stand, and all I had to remove was the seat to get to everything.
