Hello.
I am looking for upgrades for my Kymco Super 8 150. Would these parts fit on my motorbike with no problem? I want to keep my stock 150 cylinder. Would this head and cam fit on the stock cylinder?

Thanks,
Anthoni

What is the model number printed on your engine? if 157QMJ then yes.
What are you hoping for in gains on that engine with those upgrades? The A9 Cam only gave me a 2-4 mph gain, and made the valves so clacky it wasn't worth it. I settled for an A8, for a 2 mph gain, and slightly tighter valve adjustment. I prefer reliability, so havn't done farther engine changes, I have no advise on the head.

Kymcos are made in Taiwan. Though the engines look similar they are in fact different than a Chinese GY6 clone. I strongly urge you to talk to a Kymco dealer before you purchase anything.

Thanks for all the info guys. I just got around to checking my engine and the numbers on my engine are LCD3 E000.

I am looking for a significant gain in power and speed. Possibly around 10-15 mph gain. Currently I have a Malossi trans combo and a LeoVince exhaust with 11gram rollers. People have said that a 4 valve head would make a big difference. What are your thoughts?

Where can a I buy a quality big bore kit for my bike?

Thanks in advance

I think the guys at the Kymco forum would know a lot more about Kymco BBK's and performance than we here would. This site is geared mainly toward Chinese scoots. Kymco is Taiwanese. They are very similar but different in many respects and are also of a slightly higher quality.

The parts you linked to are for the Chinese (Honda clone) GY6 engine, your engine is not compatible. Like Fox suggested, you will need to find a Kymco forum for more input on your engine.
