It's A 2007 I think and it's a 4 stroke. It has 7 thousand miles on it.

A few days before it broke it kept stalling out and turning off at traffic lights but would always start right back up with the electrical starter. I just thought it was the cold weather. Anyway on the 4th or 5th day It turned off and would not start anymore, the electric starter would kick in but the engine would not fire, so I had to pull it to the side walk and have it pushed home.

I replaced the spark plug.. Found it needed to be changed but it did not fix it. Had the battery tested. It tested as a good battery. Nothing in the engine seems loose all the wires seem good.

I cleaned the carb the best I could with my mouth blowing in all the holes and using wire to clean out the main jets put everything back together and charged the battery and tired to gun it to start.

It started 3 times for about 1 second but turned off right away.

I messed with the air mixture screw.. This did nothing..

I had taken off the gas cap to see if it was suction in the tank. Nope

I did notice the carb needle was a little bent. Could that be a problem?.,

I was thinking about getting a replacement carb, do you think that could fix it?.

Anyway thanks so much for any help you guys might be able to give me.

Btw kick start is broken right now.

The carb needle should not be bent. I have a feeling your carb is also gummed up with either old gas or dirt particles. You need to use carb cleaner when cleaning the carb and spray the hell out of the inside and jets.
Your stalling problem could be as simple as increasing the idle speed by turning the idle screw clockwise. You may also need a valve adjustment. Instructions for doing this can be found in another section of this forum.
A new carb certainly would not hurt and can be found cheap enough online by several vendors.
