License Plate Bracket?

Ok...so this is probably a stupid question, but it there supposed to be a bracket to hold the license plate on the Touring 150? The hole pattern in the rear fender won't match the license plate. Did all of you make your own or did it come with one?

Sorry, there is no bracket to adapt the holes. You either have to drill new holes in the plate, (which is what I did) or in the fender.
It's legal to drill the plate, as long as you don't obscure or damage the info. on it.
A piece of aluminum flat stock, 3/4" wide & as long as the width of the plate will do as an adapter, if you want to drill 4 holes in it to match the fender, and plate holes.

Drilling new holes in the license plate was so obvious. I didn't think it was legal. I suppose I could fabricate a bracket, but 2 new holes in the plates works just as well.
