k so when im at idle my head light is very dim ,
then i rev her and it could light up a small french city
is this a problem im new to scooters but my kawasaki never did this and in any if  of my cars did this  i would be shoppin for a new alternator
 lemme know please im gonna drive to work tonight 20 miles then home and i dont like the idea a pushin her home

It's normal for the scooter.   The faster you go the brighter your light...well up to a point anyway.

On D.O.T. legal motorcycles, the headlights are tied directly to the magneto, so at ide, the mag. is only putting out roughly 1/3 of it's total capability. So, it's perfectly normal for the headlights to be a bit dim when idling, then brighten to full brightness as you accelerate.
