Hi Spark,

It's me yet again. I need your expertise. I gotta real problem. I tried to take off the CVT case. I unscrewed  one 8mm bolt. But here's the thing. I had to take off one of the panels. Big job. But when I get to the one of the bolts on theCVT case. I unscrew it using a power tool, it unscrews. Sure fine. But it will not just come out. It seems to be hooked inside. I can pull on it, but it won't come out. What gives? Am I doing something wrong?  :?  Sad

So I put it back together. I can't put on the belt until I first get the CVT belt case off. There seems to be something grove holding it.

Do you expertise thing Sparky

The bolt is "captured" by a rubber washer so it won't come out of the case and get lost. Loosen all the bolts, and the cover will come off with the bolts attached to it.
